Mrinalini is a research technician in the Suvorova Lab

She completed her M.S. in Biotechnology from USF in 2020. She brings 4 years of experience working in research labs both in India and the United States. She has worked on animal models for conducting toxicity studies and has also worked with Plasmodium falciparum. Her interest lies in unfolding the molecular basis of infectious diseases.
In the Suvorova Lab, Mrinalini is working on a project to study the cell cycle mechanism of the apicomplexan parasite, Toxoplasma gondii.
Besides her lab time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies and exploring beaches in Florida.
